Being born, and growing up in London i took the city for granted. So i am now on a mission to try all the amazing food, drink and things to do that are on offer every day. From the “tourists must sees” to pop-ups and fine dinning, all washed down at the best watering holes that are around. As well as sharing what I’ve been cooking and experimenting with my sous vide supreme.
